The experience wrapped up with delicious grilled sliders of Bonsmara beef 🍔 and sips of @casadumetzwines 🍷 at the ranch’s red barn. We look forward to hosting a tour again at Las Cumbres Ranch for this year’s Taste of Santa Barbara!

The afternoon started with wine tasting from Santa Barbara county’s incredible women winemakers 🍷. Next, guests listened to Kerry Diamond @kerrybombe interview an inspiring panel of women in the food and wine industry. 🎤The panelists included fisherwoman Stephanie Muntz @seastephaniefish 🐟, winemakers Tara Gomez and Mireia Taribó of @camins2dreams 🍇, Mattei’s Tavern executive chef Rhoda Magbitang @rockyrhodakill 🔪, @bellslosalamos executive chef @daisynanryan 🍽️, @magnolianetwork host and cookbook author @elizabethpoett 📘, baker Sandra Adu Zelli and owner of @gipsyhillbakery 🥐, and CEO of @acmehospitalitysb Sherry Villanueva ⭐

The event wrapped up with fabulous bites and opportunities to meet the wonderful women who made up our panel. It was an inspiring afternoon that showcased some of the many women in our culinary community! Calling all wine lovers! 🍷The @juliachildfoundation is hosting a Culinary History Silent Auction!

✨This auction’s premier item is a bottle of 1973 Stag’s Leap Wine Cellars Cabernet Sauvignon, signed by legendary winemaker Warren Winiarski. This wine famously triumphed in the 1976 Judgement of Paris, catapulting Napa Valley onto the global winemaking stage!

Other auction items include rare wines 🍷bespoke Napa Valley experiences 🍇 and an all access pass to this May’s Taste of Santa Barbara 🎟️! The proceeds to this auction benefit the @smithsonian Food History Project, which includes the preservation of Julia Child’s Kitchen at the National Museum of American History in Washington, D.C.
